The goal of the e-Trade
Bridge Programme for SMEs in
Hubei
Province of China
is to foster internationally
competitive, e-competent businesses and to build national
e-trade capacities in the institutions that support SMEs.
The Programme generates best-practice cases and tools and it
has programmes ranging from assessment to actually e-nabling
SMEs.
A Method for
Integrative Planning of E-Business Strategy and
Information System. Funded by National Science Foundation of
China under grant 70172034, 2002-2004.
Paying attention to the practice in enterprise we explored
the way of organization change whenthey adopt e-business,We
study how the firm resources and capabilities are exploited
to execute strategies for improving efficiency and
competitive advantage. Our focus in the integration planning
is the e-business processes. We have done a series of
exploratory researches in the following aspects: the
identification of the factors that influence strategy
planning, the creation of direct and indirect value, the
method and the tools for the analysis of inter-organization
e-business process, critical success factors map for the
three traditional applications, and the evaluation system
for the e-business strategy planning.
Internet-based Teaching Methods and Evaluation Model for
E-Commerce Curriculum Success. Supported by the Ministry of
Education of Hubei Province, P.R.China, 2000-2003.
The characteristics of this learner centered approach are
that it is experience-oriented and activity-based, and in
the approach students can create their own ideas, both
individually and collaboratively.
